Remember, your profile is used to showcase yourself to our team and to potential employers, so please include as much detail as possible.
Join a LookSee Group
LookSee Groups give you the best chance to find the job that’s right for you. A group may be industry specific, based on a select skill-set or an individual employer.
Once your profile is complete, express interest in the LookSee Group(s) relevant to you. Here you will move through a two-step review process, greatly increasing your chances of being matched to potential job opportunities.
Once reviewed, your profile will be published, making it visible to participating employers within the group.
Connect with Employers
Once published, your profile will become visible to participating employers.
From here, the LookSee Talent Team can help connect you with job opportunities. If our team or an employer think that you could be a good match for a role, you will receive an email to get the process started.
If it all works out, you could end up with a new job and life in New Zealand.

LookSee Events are campaign specific and are run with the explicit purpose of giving job seekers and employers the invaluable experience of connecting in person. We pave the way for these connections to be made through two types of events; job seekers come to New Zealand for a LookSee Week, or employers head abroad.
A LookSee Week gives job seekers the opportunity to come to New Zealand for a sneak peek at what it’s like to live and work here. If selected, job seekers join us for a week of interviews with employers, informative seminars, networking and a taste of the Kiwi lifestyle. The week is designed to give you face to face meetings with employers and provide you with all the resources and information you need to be N.Z. ready; putting you in the best position to secure your new career and life in New Zealand.
Alternatively, employer-specific events are run where we head abroad with individual employers with specific and immediate recruitment needs, to meet and interview job seekers outside of New Zealand.
Once you land your perfect job in New Zealand, we’re here to help make your move as seamless and stress-free as possible. You’ll have access to a wide range of relocation services and one-on-one support so that you can get on the plane knowing you’re in good hands.
This support includes assistance with your visa application, insurance and financial advice, housing and accommodation options, education advice for school aged children and more. Some employers may offer additional relocation packages which can be discussed with them directly during the recruitment process.
