There are two ways to land the perfect job via LookSee – by Recommendation from our Talent Team or by participating in LookSee Campaigns.
After completing your profile our dedicated LookSee Talent Team could recommend you to an employer. If your LookSee profile is identified as a possible match for a job opportunity, you will receive a Recommendation Request via email, with the job title and company name. From there, you’ll get the chance to either approve the request and share your profile with the employer, or you can decline the request and your profile will remain hidden.
If you approve the request, the employer will review your profile to see if you’re the right fit for the role. You’ll receive an update via email on the outcome, and if approved, the employer will be in touch regarding the next steps – you might be invited to have a Skype interview, telephone call or complete a skills test.
You can use your completed profile to participate in LookSee Campaigns, and if your application is successful, participating employers will be able to view your profile and contact you regarding job opportunities.
If they think you’re a potential match, you’ll receive an Interview Request via email and you’ll get the chance to either approve or decline the opportunity. If you approve, the employer will be in touch regarding the next steps.
